Kimberly Berriochoa
Kimberly is a seasoned Communications and Public Relations Executive based in Austin, Texas, with over 23 years of experience in global director roles, primarily within the oil and gas industry.
A multicultural and multilingual professional, Kimberly holds citizenships from the United States, Spain, and Mexico.
She is an analytical Communications and Public Relations Director with extensive experience developing and executing successful global multi-channel growth communication strategies for both internal and external audiences. Currently, she works as a Senior Advisor at BP (British Petroleum).
Kimberly holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in arts and another in science. She is also a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation. Kimberly has been connected to the arts from a very young age.
Her passion for the arts has led her to instruct private workshops in various mediums. Kimberly has received multiple awards, the most recent, 2nd place in the Mental Health Art Competition for the University of Texas, and she showcases her work at art fairs and galleries in Austin and Mexico.

Kathryn Ikle
Kathryn is a Dallas, TX-based UX leader, consultant, speaker, and versatile artist with over 20 years of experience in UX, art, design, research, digital marketing, agile, product innovation, and technology. She has established a well-known reputation in the UX, technology, and creative industries and currently serves as Head of User Experience & Marketing at Third Entity and Head of Servicing and Vice President of Citibank.
Kathryn holds a degree in Marketing & Art from the University of Memphis and a certification in Museum Studies from Harvard University. An advocate for the arts, she is deeply involved in the Texas arts community and is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with and support other artists. She serves as the President of the Art Club of McKinney, TX, and is a member of multiple arts organizations.
As an artist, Kathryn enjoys working with acrylic painting, charcoal, and printmaking, but she is not confined to one medium and is passionate about all forms of art. Kathryn has taught art education classes for all ages, hosted numerous workshops, and developed art curricula for non-profit organizations.
Utilizing her extensive skills in facilitation and her passion for creating engaging experiences, Kathryn co-hosts retreats at Falcon's Nest, designed to inspire and uplift participants. She looks forward to seeing you at the next retreat!

Patsy Balacchi, founder and Feng Shui consultant at Zenotica®, blends her expertise in design, nature, and energy work to create spaces that radiate harmony and vitality. Born in El Salvador, the “Land of Volcanoes,” Patsy draws inspiration from her homeland’s natural beauty and resilience, incorporating the principles of coexistence with nature into her work. She transforms personal and professional environments by aligning them with her clients’ values and vision, infusing spaces with vibrant energy and balance through biophilic and Feng Shui-inspired design.
With over 24 years of experience in holistic wellness, energy work, and brand communications, Patsy has received accolades from DG USA, LogoLounge, and the American Advertising Federation for her award-winning designs. Her workshops, talks, and retreats—conducted in English and Spanish across the U.S. and El Salvador—empower others to cultivate harmony, productivity, and personal growth in their lives.
Patsy’s latest project, Good Shui Life, is a heartfelt initiative aimed at spreading hope, harmony, and positivity. Whether designing for corporate clients or guiding individuals in creating nurturing spaces, Patsy remains dedicated to the principle that vibrant, aligned environments inspire thriving lives.
