  • Hiba Kabbani

    Art, Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor

Hiba has been on a profound journey of self-discovery and connection to her authentic self since 2012. Her exploration of art, mindfulness, and yoga has brought about a miraculous transformation, impacting her mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

As an elementary art teacher, artist, and certified 200-hour yoga and social-emotional coach, Hiba has been designing and leading mindfulness workshops for adult women since 2019. Her workshops blend art, yoga, journaling, and meaningful sharing, fostering mindfulness practices that build awareness, encourage community, and—most importantly—spark joy and laughter along the way.

Hiba’s philosophy centers on the process rather than the destination. She believes that true transformation begins with understanding and connecting to oneself. By cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and self-love, we unlock the ability to heal, grow, and become sources of inspiration and light in the world, reaching our highest potential in all areas of life.

Through her workshops, Hiba empowers and supports women on their personal journeys of self-discovery. Drawing from yoga philosophy and social-emotional learning (SEL) practices, she invites participants to explore their minds and hearts while creating a safe, nurturing space for growth. Her mission is to build a community of wellness where women connect with themselves and with one another, forming a powerful support network—a circle of socially, emotionally, and artistically aware individuals.

Hiba is thrilled to share her gifts and guide others through mindfulness sessions focused on the breath, helping participants tap into their fullest potential as humans and artists. With a focus on finding joy in the present moment and fostering connections with others, her workshops are a celebration of growth, creativity, and community.
